Unidex freezing tunnels are manufactured
in two series:

fluidization tunnels
series M

tunnels with capacities from 1700 to 3400 kg / h for peas

fluidizing tunnels
series A

tunnels with capacities from 4300 to 10,600 kg / h for peas

For almost 25 years we manufacture fluidized freezing tunnels (IQF) for freezing fruits and vegetables,  also for fish and seafood, meat and poultry.

Our vast experience and close cooperation with our customers has allowed us to design the next generation freezer, in which we applied our latest technical and technological solutions that guarantee the highest quality of frozen products as well as hygiene and low operating costs

fluidization tunnels
series M

Both ammonia NH3 (R717) as well as freon R404A or R507 can be used as refrigerant in freezers series M.

All tunnels of this series can be additionally equipped with UDS (Equipment for continuous frost removal from evaporators) providing longer operation time between defrostings. As standard execution you will find pulsator, which supports fluidisation effect and improves quality of frozen product (IQF) and also external system of washing the first belt.

fluidizing tunnels
series A

Tunnels series A – high capacity tunnels from 4300 to  10600 kg/h for green peas or 3000 to 7500 kg/h for strawberries.

Ammonia NH3 (R717) is the main refrigerant or freon in case of smaller tunnels.In this series of tunnels we installed centrifugal fans, which significantly improve the quality of fluidization. Tunnels can be additionally equipped with  UDS (Equipment for continuous removing frost from the evaporators), which significantly extends the operating cycle of the tunnel between defrostings.
